On this Thanksgiving day I give thanks for my dogs. Like any good Belgian they're always game to try anything at any time which makes life exciting! When one competes the others have to just relax and take a back seat. That is the hardest part, waiting their turn! What a day! In a nutshell, our most recent NW3 trial with Cartoon was one of the best days I've ever spent in my 15-16 years of training and competing in K9 Nose Work! Cartoon and his sister Tricks are my 5th and 6th nosework dogs. We've had our ups and downs, but yesterday Cartoon was on fire! His desire to work in this sport is everything one would want.
